This Refund Policy explains the refunds offered by Geniustream LLC, doing business as Defend It All and Scam Coach ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), for purchases made through defenditall.com, course.defenditall.com, and scamcoach.app. This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Only the refund terms stated in this Refund Policy apply, and nothing on the Site or in the Content should be read to expand them.
The Defend It All online course, including its included bonuses, is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase, email [email protected] (the support address on your receipt) from the email address used for your purchase with the subject line "Refund Request," and we will refund your full purchase price promptly. Once a Course refund is issued, your access to the Course is removed.
If you are not satisfied with your Scam Coach subscription for any reason within thirty (30) days of your purchase, email [email protected] with the subject line "ScamCoach Refund" within those 30 days, and we will refund the amount you paid. This guarantee applies to your first Scam Coach purchase only, on both monthly and annual plans; renewal charges are not covered.
You may cancel your Scam Coach subscription at any time through the "Subscription" (or similarly named) setting in your account, or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" from the email address on your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for; you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again. Except as stated in Section 2, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. For annual plans, we will send a reminder to the email address on your account at least thirty (30) days before each renewal. Annual renewal charges are not refundable.
The Personalized Scam Defense Guide (also offered as the Digital Safety Audit and referred to in our Terms of Service as the Setup Guide) is a done-for-you service built around the answers you provide. If you change your mind before we begin building your guide, contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase at [email protected] with the subject line "Personalized Scam Defense Guide Cancel," and we will issue a full refund. Because real time and resources are committed the moment work starts, the purchase becomes non-refundable once we begin building your guide.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds can take up to five (5) business days to process.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us at [email protected] before disputing it with your card issuer; most issues can be resolved in a single email. If a charge is declined or reversed, we may suspend access until it is resolved.
We may update this Refund Policy by posting a revised version with a new Effective Date. Changes will not apply to purchases made before the change.
