Geniustream LLC DBA Defend It All and/or Scam Coach
Effective Date: October 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Geniustream LLC, doing business as Defend It All and Scam Coach (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit defenditall.com, course.defenditall.com, and scamcoach.app (the “Site”), purchase or use the Defend It All online course (the “Course”), the Personalized Setup Guide (the “Setup Guide”), or the Scam Coach web application (the “App”) (collectively, the “Services”), or otherwise interact with us. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.
The Services are offered only to adults in the United States. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.
1.1 Information you provide.
1.2 Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring page, and dates and times of access, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. See Section 5 for details and choices.
1.3 Information from third parties. We receive confirmation of payment and related transaction details from our payment processor, and delivery and engagement information (for example, whether an email was opened) from our email and text-message service providers.
We use personal information to:
How the App uses your Submissions. Each Submission is processed by automated systems, including artificial intelligence provided by a contracted service provider, solely to generate the educational result you requested. Submissions are processed transiently and are not retained after the result is delivered. We do not use Submissions to train artificial-intelligence models, and our artificial-intelligence provider is contractually prohibited from retaining Submissions or using them for any purpose other than generating your result. The App does not make decisions about you; it provides educational information for you to evaluate.
How the Setup Guide uses your responses. Your responses are used only to select the educational modules included in your Setup Guide and are deleted thirty (30) days after your Setup Guide is delivered. We do not use your responses to target advertising to you.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We share personal information only as follows:
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and then delete or de-identify it. As a general matter:
| Information | Retention |
|---|---|
| Account and purchase records | For the life of your account and as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes (generally seven (7) years for transaction records). |
| Course progress | For the life of your account. |
| Setup Guide responses | Thirty (30) days after delivery of your Setup Guide. |
| App Submissions | Not retained; processed transiently to generate your result. |
| App results | Not stored by Company |
| Support communications | Three (3) years after the matter is closed. |
| Marketing consent and opt-out records | As long as needed to honor your choices and to demonstrate compliance. |
| Device and usage data | Twenty-six (26) months, in aggregated or de-identified form where possible. |
We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: (a) essential operation of the Services, such as keeping you logged in and completing purchases; (b) analytics, to understand how the Site and Services are used; and (c) advertising, on our public marketing pages only, to measure our campaigns and reach people who have visited the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of advertising cookies through the cookie preferences link in the Site footer. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising generally through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of advertising cookies where required by law. Our principal advertising and analytics partners are Meta Platforms and Google, whose own opt-out tools are available in their account settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the Services.
Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals to websites. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting them, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals from U.S. visitors as a request to opt out of advertising cookies and “sharing,” where required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to (a) confirm whether we process your personal information and access it; (b) correct inaccurate personal information; (c) delete personal information; (d) obtain a portable copy of personal information you provided; (e) opt out of targeted advertising and of the sale or sharing of personal information; and (f) appeal a decision we make about your request. We do not sell personal information, we do not use personal information for profiling in furtherance of decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information except as described in this Policy.
To exercise any right, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request” from the email address associated with your account, or write to us at the address in Section 12. We will verify your identity by confirming that the request comes from the email address on your account and, if needed, by asking for additional information. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where permitted by law; we may require proof of the agent’s authority and may confirm the request with you directly. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally forty-five (45) days), and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word “Appeal” in the subject line, and we will respond to your appeal within the time required by law. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state’s attorney general to submit a complaint.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell personal information. Advertising cookies on our public marketing pages may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law or “targeted advertising” under the laws of other states. You may opt out of that sharing through the “Privacy Settings” link in the Site footer, by enabling Global Privacy Control in a supported browser where we honor it, or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.”
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and contractual obligations on our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law. You can help by using a strong, unique password for your account, enabling any available multi-factor authentication, and never sharing your login credentials. To report a security concern about the Services, email [email protected] and describe the issue in as much detail as you can.
The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen (18), and no one under eighteen may create an account. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
We are located in the United States, and the Services are intended for residents of the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and your information will be processed in the United States. The Services may link to third-party websites and resources whose privacy practices we do not control; we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
