1. Our Commitment

We are committed to making our website, our course, and the Scam Coach app usable by everyone, including older adults and people who use assistive technology. Many of the people we serve are the people scammers target most, and we want nothing about our design to stand between them and the information they came for.

2. Our Standard

Our efforts are guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We do not claim full conformance; we continue to update and test our pages, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a finished project.

3. What We Have Built In

Text that can be resized using standard browser and device settings and an in-app text-size control;
Read-aloud for lessons and app results;
Captions and transcripts for course videos;
Color contrast and type sizes chosen for readability;
Consistent navigation and clearly labeled buttons and links; and
Forms and checkout pages that work with screen readers and keyboard navigation.

If you encounter a barrier anywhere on our website or in our app, please email [email protected] and include your contact information, the web address or screen where you had difficulty, and a brief description of the problem. We will respond within five (5) business days and work with you to provide the information or service you need in a format that works for you.
